Recipe for A Night at the Underground with the Terence Koo Trio:
Take three stalwarts of the Newcastle jazz scene.
Marinade with generous helpings of swing, bossa nova and funk.
Mix in jazzed up (and sometimes jazzed down!) covers from the 80’s and 90’s.
Sizzle with the occasional ballad.
Garnish with original tunes to taste.
